Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns / exchange unless there is some defect in the manufacturing, in which case the customer will have a choice to either receive a full refund of the amount from Barn 14 within 5-7 business days or request for a new product which will take 4-10 days to dispatch.
To avail this, the customer will have to send an unboxing video and a picture of the damaged product to contact@barn14.com within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for refund/exchange.

In case the customer opts for an exchange, the customer will not have to bear any shipping costs for return of the product or delivery of the new product.
